Unscripted poses are the best!

I always enjoy when the kid's personalities are captured, even while shooting the formal/traditional/posed Bar/Bat Mitzvah photos. You let them blow off a little steam, resulting in great examples like below, then you are able to better take the hundreds of other formal shots with every combination of family/friends that requires the kids pose more formally and have more patience.
